1. Pricing
All prices are listed in USD and are F.O.B. (Free On Board) shipping point from California. Prices are subject to change without notice due to market fluctuations. Any applicable taxes, duties, or fees are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be calculated during checkout.
2. Shipping Policies
- Orders are shipped from California via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. We select the most economical option based on the order.
- Overnight Shipping: Orders must be placed before 11:00 AM PST to qualify for next-day delivery.
- Freight deliveries may incur additional fees for services such as lift gates, residential delivery, or missed delivery re-attempts. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- If your order exceeds the size or weight limits for small package carriers, shipping will be arranged via a common carrier, and costs will be shown at checkout.
3. Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Full payment is required before your order is processed and shipped.
4. Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you need to return an item, please review the following policy:
- Return Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

- Conditions for Returns: Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. A 10%–20% restocking fee may apply, depending on the product (e.g., acrylic products).
- Custom Products: Custom-made items are non-returnable unless they have a factory defect that affects functionality.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or defect.
5. Damage Claims
Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery.
- For Visible Damage: Note the damage on the delivery receipt and have the carrier's driver sign it.
- Retain all original packaging and notify us within 30 days to file a claim.
- For Interior Damage or Product Defects: Contact us immediately with photos and details.
- Do not refuse damaged shipments. Contact us for assistance to resolve the issue promptly.
